To the southeastern part of San Francisco, lies the Bayview-Hunters Point district. The district’s popularity has been on the rise ever since the introduction of the T- Third Street Muni light-rail line in 2007.

Homes in this district are available at moderate prices, and they range from historic single-family homes to condominiums with expansive views, hardwood floors, and modern kitchens.

Bayview-Hunters Point is in close proximity to Candlestick Point State Recreation Area, from which you can have a spectacular view of the Bay, as well as picnic areas, fishing piers, fitness courses and hiking trails for a memorable outdoor experience. Kayakers and windsurfers frequent the park as it is a common jumping off area for them. Bayview Park offers illustrious views of the city.

Visual artists, musicians and writers located within the Bayview-Hunters Point usually work in revamped spaces of the former Hunters Point shipyard, and they participate in the annual San Francisco’s Open Studios event. Community gardening is a norm in Bayview-Hunters Point and as a result we have many gardens located there amongst which includes the Quesada Gardens, Bridgeview Community Garden, and Latona Community Garden.
